Delivery time
Goods will be delivered to the address provided by the customer in the order placed on the website www.thegioihangnhat.com
After you have placed an order successfully, our Customer Care team will contact you with the phone number you provided to verify your order, and notify you of the time you received the item, attached. Follow other necessary information.
After the verification process is successful, the order will be delivered to you within the following time period (Orders outside the office hours will be counted starting from the next morning):

Orders placed after 10 am Saturday through Sunday will be started on the following Monday.
Delivery time is from 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Saturday
Orders outside the office hours will start from the next morning
Delivery time starts from the time your order is confirmed successfully by call of CCKH staff.
In case customers in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City need fast delivery within 1h-2h, the shipping fee will vary depending on the destination.
In case the delivery partner cannot contact or deliver to you because of the subjective or objective reasons from your side within 02 working days, the order will no longer be valid.
You have the right to cancel your order when we deliver the goods late as promised.
